The Entity for Quality Assessment Support (ESAQ) supports the process of evaluating the quality indicators of telecommunication networks in Brazil. It was created in compliance with the Telecommunications Services Quality Regulation (Resolution No. 717/2019). ESAQ provides this application so that you can verify the quality of your internet access at any time.

To run the tests:

1. Close all applications on your device.
2. Open the Brasil Banda Larga application, click "Run," and wait for the test to finish.
3. As a result of the quality test¹, you will receive the following indicators:
   • Download Speed
   • Upload Speed
   • Latency
   • Packet Loss
   • Jitter

¹ The obtained results may vary according to the signal strength received by your device.

Important:

• For participants of RQUAL, there is no charge for data usage. The user can program or change the data volume limit that the application can consume for this purpose at any time. After reaching the set limit, the application will notify you that performing a new test will exceed the defined limit. Please update your application regularly to enjoy new features.
